Job Summary As a Mobile Sales Executive you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of mobile devices plans and accessories You will be a key point of contact for our customers providing expert advice understanding their needs and guiding them to the best solutions This role requires a strong sales orientation excellent communication skills and a passion for technology Key Responsibilities Actively engage with customers to understand their mobile device and service needs Provide detailed product information and demonstrations for our range of smartphones tablets and accessories Recommend and sell suitable mobile plans data packages and value-added services Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale POS system Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products services and promotions Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty Handle customer inquiries concerns and complaints professionally and resolve them in a timely manner Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills Ensure the sales floor is well-maintained organized and stocked with the latest devices and promotional materials Qualifications Exp 3 year in related field Proven experience in a sales role preferably in the mobile or electronics industry Strong understanding of mobile technology operating systems and various phone features Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills High school diploma or equivalent a bachelor s degree is a plus Benefits SALARY Best in industry incentives Job Type Full-time Language English Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 9645986355
