We take the time to understand our client&aposs needs, whether it&aposs redesigning a room from scratch or creating custom rugs to fit any floor layout.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at our Bengaluru location. As a Sales Executive, your day-to-day tasks will include prospecting and generating new leads, presenting our design solutions to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. You will also collaborate with our design team to ensure client satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Knowledge of interior design and home decor trends
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
