Bring innovations to the table that improve performance,reliability, and developer experience. Requirements - 5+ years of backend engineering experience, including strong mastery of NodeJS and ideally NestJS. Proven experience with real-time systems, high-concurrency environments, or low latency backends — ideally processing thousands of events per second. - Deep knowledge of event-driven architectures, with production use of RabbitMQ, Kafka, Pub/Sub, or similar systems. - Strong background in designing and optimizing microservices and distributed systems. - Expertise in data handling with MongoDB, Redis, and optionally SQL for analytics or OLAP/BigQuery processing. - Hands-on experience deploying and scaling services in Containerized environments with Kubernetes. - Familiarity with observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and practices for monitoring distributed systems. - Strong communication skills and fluency in English. - Comfortable leading initiatives, mentoring peers, and working closely with clients and business stakeholders
