What You’ll Do: - Lead end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on direct sourcing. - Act as a Talent Advisor, sharing market insights and recruitment trends with hiring managers. - Manage requisitions and ensure compliance with recruitment processes and legislation. - Coach candidates through selection stages and provide timely, professional feedback. - Collaborate with Candidate Relationship Specialists to build and maintain pre-qualified talent pools. - Monitor recruitment activity for accurate forecasting and reporting. What We’re Looking For: - 10–12 years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment, preferably in the banking domain. - Proven ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
