Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 7 to 9 years of experience in Appian RPA Appian AI and Appian Solution Development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Provider domain and will work in a hybrid model with a day shift. This role does not require travel. The candidate will contribute to innovative solutions that enhance our companys offerings and impact society positively. Responsibilities - Develop and implement Appian solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy Appian RPA and AI solutions. - Analyze and optimize existing Appian applications to improve performance and user experience. - Provide technical expertise and guidance in the development and maintenance of Appian applications. - Ensure that all Appian solutions adhere to industry best practices and company standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Appian applications in a timely manner. - Document all development processes and maintain comprehensive records for future reference. - Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across all Appian projects. - Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Stay updated with the latest Appian technologies and trends to continuously improve solutions. - Contribute to the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for team members. - Support the integration of Appian solutions with other enterprise systems. - Monitor and report on the performance of Appian applications to ensure they meet business objectives. Qualifications - Possess extensive experience in Appian RPA Appian AI and Appian Solution Development. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Provider domain and its specific requirements. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Show proficiency in developing and maintaining complex Appian applications. - Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality Appian solutions on time and within budget. - Display strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members. - Maintain a proactive approach to learning and implementing new Appian technologies.
