Roles and Responsibilities

- The Project Manager is responsible for defining and maintaining the project management framework within the PMO, ensuring that this is in-line with the overall project management framework.
- The candidate will have extensive experience of project and program management using one or more standard project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, and so on).
- It is must that the candidate should have T24 Core banking domain knowledge and strong in technical.
- The candidate must have upgraded and worked on Temenos as Project Manager. Well-versed with T24 R20 and above versions.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with all areas of an IT organization and the business.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., EPM, MS Project).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and as a strong team player.
- Job Requirements:
- At least 8+ years managing T24 upgrade, implementation projects and BAU support.
- Experience in T24, preferable from R20 ..
- Very good understanding of all the modules involved (mainly Core Banking)
- Deep understanding of T24 product functionality including all core modules.
- Good understanding of T24 architecture including integration capabilities.
- Foundational Architecture and Infrastructure Product Knowledge
- Knowledge in Application / Interfaces Design, Development & Implementation
- Knowledge of various T24 components (like T24 Browser, Jboss, TAFJ, T24 FCM and T24 Analytics)
- Strong business analysis and solution architecture skills.
- The candidate must be good with technical documentation.
- Strong communications skills and recognized specialist in his core technology.
- Ability to lead multiple teams in defining solutions to meet client requirements.
- Very good coordination skills and results oriented.
- Ability to think critically and identify all technical impacts of a product feature.
- Responsible for developing overall project management strategy and working with discipline leads and project teams to execute on plans.
- Monitor day-to-day activities of the project team and ensure work is progressing as planned. Work with project team and be actively involved in the work.
- Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood, and executed upon.
- Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across project(s) based on scope of work and project goals.
- Actively monitor project risks and scope creep to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address them in advance.
- Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to clients, team members and senior management on a regular basis escalate issues accordingly via the appropriate channels.
- Follow established project management guidelines to develop, maintain, and track project plans and milestones, conduct project meetings and report project status.
- Lead project status meetings to ensure good communication within the project team as well as ensure that meeting minutes and status updates are appropriately published to the team, stakeholders and interested parties.
