1. JOB PURPOSE

1. Monitor & Expand Access in terms of Industry coverage & Geo Coverage.

2. Collate & disseminate Network health report periodically.

3. Continous improvement of processes in Dealer appointment , review & termination. 4. Implement processes to identify the weak dealers & facilitate HO reviews for these dealers.L2

5. Implement relevant CI standards at touch points.

Technical/Functional

- Understanding of Processes Appointment . Termination.Replacement. Dealer Agreement . DA Renewal

- Understanding of BAL product offerings and relative market standing

- P&L Key elements of dealership operations - Key elements in success of a dealership - in IBU

-Key triggers for BAL CV business [& key challanges]

6. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate with field , collate tehsilwise industry & suggest network plan.

Coordinate with LOI holders & vendors for timely completion of Primary network plan.

Release periodic reports of Network plan vs actual to Regions- location wise & coverage wise. Identify Best Fit of Network element for a location thru indicative profitability tool.

Identify Focus states in the country & draw up focus dealers for HO review .

Create , implement & maintain the record of reviews.

Collate & Disseminate the periodic management reports- Ability Scorecards & Own Fund Deployment % - with exception summary.

Maintain dynamic repository of Primary & secondary network
