Role Overview: Join our Customer Experience Analytics team as a Senior Analyst, driving data-driven decisions to improve customer satisfaction. You will analyze diverse datasets, develop actionable insights, and present findings to senior leaders to enhance key metrics and decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Insights • Analyze and transform large datasets to identify actionable insights into customer experience touchpoints. • Use statistical techniques and tools to improve success metrics and answer business questions. Reporting & Visualization • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate analytical findings effectively. • Present insights to senior leaders using data storytelling and actionable recommendations. Consultation & Collaboration • Recommend process improvements for data relevance, usability, and timeliness. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement analytics solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field; Master’s preferred. • 5–8 years of experience in analytics, statistics, or informatics. Technical Skills • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). • Experience with Databricks and handling large datasets. • Bonus: Familiarity with Azure Analysis Services, NLP, or machine learning techniques Behavioral Skills • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and storytelling abilities. • Effective communicator with a focus on actionable insights and collaboration.
