Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes
- Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Schedule and coordinate face-to-face interviews
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and clients
- Negotiate salaries and close offers with candidates

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Understanding of HR best practices and recruitment processes
- Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Shine) and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)
