Position Overview:
The Programme Leader will play a pivotal role in enhancing the learning experience for participants by facilitating doubt-clearing sessions, providing real-world insights, grading assignments, and ensuring active learner engagement. This is a mentorship-driven role requiring a deep understanding of product management, AI in product development, and industry best practices.
This is a mentorship-driven role, ideal for a senior product leader passionate about guiding professionals through live sessions and hands-on learning. This is NOT a full-time product management role but a teaching and facilitation opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
Live Interaction & Mentorship
- Conduct weekly live doubt-clearing sessions for programme participants.
- Provide real-world examples and practical insights to supplement pre-recorded faculty lectures.
- Guide participants in applying concepts to real-world product challenges.
Content & Assignment Support
- Address participant queries related to course content, assignments, and projects.
- Provide structured feedback on submitted assignments and capstone projects.
- Grade assignments in collaboration with the Emeritus grading team.
Learner Engagement & Support
- Track participant progress and engagement levels throughout the course.
- Encourage peer-to-peer learning and discussions via online forums and discussion boards.
- Identify struggling participants and provide additional support/resources.
Industry & Case Study Insights
- Share insights on product management trends, AI applications, and industry frameworks.
- Help participants navigate case studies and real-world applications of product strategies.
Key Qualifications & Experience
1. Strong industry experience in product management, AI-driven product strategies, or digital product leadership.
2. Prior experience as a Senior leadership role in product domain.
3. Strong expertise in product lifecycle management, roadmapping, pricing strategies, A/B testing, and analytics.
4. Familiarity with Generative AI applications in product management is a plus.
5. Previous teaching, mentoring, or training experience (preferred).
6. Comfortable conducting live online sessions and engaging with mid-to-senior-level professionals.
7. Knowledge of Industry Trends.
Common Misconceptions About This Role:
This is not a full-time or hands-on product management role in a company.
This does not involve building products but rather teaching and mentoring professionals on product management strategies.
