The Creative and Content Excellence team at Honasa (parent company of Mamaearth), is looking for a full of ideas Video Editor/ Videographer, to create videos for multiple digital touchpoints. These include performance ads for Facebook and Instagram, motion graphics videos for branded events and sales, and any other creative pieces that might be needed. This role is responsible for ideating, shooting and editing video content with a focus on engagement and clicks, while always keeping the brand language intact. The right candidate will have a great understanding of what content to present on which platform and how to stand out from the crowd. You'll come up with new ideas, stay on top of trends, and improve on what we've already built.

Responsibilities-

Editing

- Edit videos for up & coming brands under the Honasa umbrella, with our brand voice always at the forefront.

- Stay up to date on evolving features, trends, in terms of digital video content, especially on Facebook and Instagram.

- Be excellent at technical video editing skills - from splicing to sound balancing, color correction and color grading

- Excellent mastery over creating graphics, digitally improving picture quality, and improving supers.

- Should work well with a large team - both within the team and with other departments in the organization

Videography

- Shoot high-quality product based marketing video content for brands under Honasa.

- Proficiency in camera operation and lighting techniques

- An added plus is experience with storyboarding and video production and someone who can provide guidance during pre-shoot meetings, on site or set, and in post-production

Technical Specifications

- 3-4 years experience working as Video Editor/ Videographer in the digital arm of a creative agency or a brand

- Proficient in Video Editing Suite, including but not limited to, Adobe

Premiere, After effects, Final Cut Pro and Photoshop

- The role reports to the Creative Head, Brand Communications at Honasa
