Job Purpose: As Senior Consultant, you will be actively working with clients to analyse and identify opportunities to meet objectives, solve challenges, and improve operations. This will require implementing strategic solutions by leveraging knowledge of our consulting offerings coupled with the use of our technology. Shortlist of Essential Experience: - Proven experience, 14+ years, in a complex refinery in operations, technical services or similar areas with demonstration of high quality technical ability - Bachelors or Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering - Understanding of refinery operations and refinery economics is essential - An area of particular expertise such as Primary Fractionation, Hydroprocessing, Fluidised Catalytic Cracking, Naphtha Processing or Residue Processing would be advantageous. - Knowledge of simulation tools such as Petro-SIM (HYSYS) would be advantageous. - Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines within budget and achievement of planned margins. Agile Project Management experience would be advantageous.
