Job Title - Lead Project Planner

Location - Eco House, Pune

Qualification - B.E/B.Tech

Years of experience - 10 + years

Few Key Responsibilities Are As Follows

- Project planning and scheduling
- Resource allocation and management
- Cost estimation and budgeting
- Risk assessment and mitigation
- Coordination with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, construction)
- Development of project schedules and timelines
- Monitoring progress and performance
- Identifying and resolving delays or bottle necks.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or relatedfields
- More than 3 years of experience in planning and project management, preferablyin boiler construction or similar industries
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. MS Project)
- Familiar with boiler construction processes and regulations
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarwith industry-specific software (e.g., CAD, CAE).
