Key Responsibilities:-Meet with clients to determine design requirements and preferences.Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.Prepare 2D and 3D designs, renderings, and construction documents.Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.Coordinate with structural engineers, consultants, and contractors.Conduct site visits to oversee construction and ensure design implementation.Manage timelines, budgets, and project documentation.Use software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max for design development.---Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)Registered with the Council of Architecture (COA) (for India-based roles)1–5 years of relevant experience (for junior/mid-level roles)Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS OfficeGood knowledge of construction methods and materialsStrong visualization, presentation, and communication skillsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyKey Competencies: Creativity and innovation in architectural design. Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams. Time management and multitasking capabilities under tight deadlines.
