Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with merchants and businesses to promote Paytm as a digital payment solution, drive adoption, and increase usage. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting sales meetings, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Sales activities

- Attract new customers, educate customers, follow up with customers, and meet sales - quotas

- Administrative tasks

- Direct and supervise sales representatives, prepare and submit sales reports, and update the CRM system

- Build relationships with existing customers and nurture new leads

- Territory management

- Travel throughout the sales territory and visit customers on a recurring basis

- Monitoring competitors

- Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions

- FSEs usually work for B2B and wholesale organizations and report to a regional sales manager.

Qualifications:

- Education: 12th and Any graduate.

- Experience: Minimum 6 months and freshers also can apply

- Sales and Business Development skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

- Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Knowledge of digital payment solutions and technology

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Fluency in Tamil and English languages

- Prior experience in the fintech industry is a plus

Eligibility:

- Fresher or experienced

- (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024,2025 College Passed outs can also apply)

- Salary: Salary: 2.5 to 3.5 LPA + Attractive incentives

Shift Type:

- Day shift (9.30 am to 6.30 pm)

- Working Days - Monday to Saturday
