- Core Competencies:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Back-End Developer on enterprise applications.
- Expert-level Node.js & TypeScript experience (components, classes, associated technologies).
- Strong knowledge of popular Node.js libraries/components in the open-source community.
- Proven experience with microservice architecture.
- Familiarity with integrating external APIs and SDKs.
- Solid foundation in asynchronous programming.
- Strong skills in writing testable, maintainable code with a focus on unit testing.
- Experience with both RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of security protocols and data protection measures.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience mentoring team members in coding trends, best practices, and optimization techniques.
- Exposure to performance tuning and scaling large-scale applications.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement low-latency, high-performance server-side components.
- Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, front-end developers, product managers) to design practical solutions.
- Proactively identify and resolve defects using available monitoring and debugging tools.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect applications and data.
- Work closely with front-end teams for seamless application integration.
