Job Description Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: - Develop CAE models for NVH simulations, ensuring accuracy and quality. - Perform test correlation and validation support for current and upcoming vehicle programs. - Carry out root cause analysis for TBIW (Trimmed Body in White) and full vehicle NVH issues. - Suggest and implement design enablers, solutions, and recommendations to improve NVH performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support NVH development and achieve program targets. - Provide technical inputs during design reviews and assist in resolving product-level NVH challenges. Qualifications - Bachelor's / Master's degree in Mechanical / Automotive / Aerospace Engineering or equivalent. - 36 years of relevant experience in NVH CAE domain. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Essential Skills Required Skills & Experience: - Strong domain knowledge in NVH (Noise, Vibration & Harshness). - Good understanding of vehicle architecture. - Hands-on experience in Trimmed Body & Full Vehicle NVH Development. Tool Knowledge - Ansa - Nastran - Meta Post - Actran Experience 3 to 6 Years In OEM and Tier 1 Automotive
