The Role:

UI Developer

We are seeking aUI Developerwith6-8 yearsof experience inReactJS, Redux, and JavaScriptto develop and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications. The role demands strong front-end expertise, proficiency in modern UI frameworks, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and optimize UI components.

Skills Required:

Technical Skills:

- Expertise in React JS with Redux Framework
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience in Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, Veracode, and Docker
- Understanding of UI/UX best practices and performance optimization techniques
- Nice to have: Experience with Spring Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Security, RESTful API, and AWS cloud-native development

Process & Analytical Skills:

- Ability to evaluate, analyze, design, and implement solutions based on technical requirements
- Strong experience in developing and reviewing Low-Level Design (LLD)
- Capacity to translate business needs into technical solutions and assess their impact

Behavioural & Soft Skills:

- Problem-solving abilities to resolve technical issues and explore alternate solutions
- Strong team collaboration and coordination with cross-functional teams
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to mentor and guide team members, promoting effective knowledge management.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Work Experience: 6-8 years of hands-on experience in React JS, UI Development, and JavaScript
- Education Qualification: A bachelor's degree from a reputed institution in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
