highly skilled Associate Director to lead our Generative AI engineering initiatives This leadership role combines deep technical expertise in back-end development with strategic team management specifically focusing on C Java and Python technologies You will drive the architecture development and integration of AI capabilities particularly Large Language Models LLMs like GPT into our existing web application ecosystem while leading a team of talented engineers to deliver transformative AI solutions Requirements Education Bachelor s degree in computer science Engineering or related field master s preferred Leadership Experience 3 years of engineering management experience with teams of 4 people Technical Expertise 7 years of experience building enterprise-scale software with C NET and modern web frameworks AI ML Background 2 years of hands-on experience with Large Language Models machine learning frameworks or AI application development Cloud Proficiency Advanced experience with AWS services deep knowledge of serverless architectures Lambda SQS API Gateway Frontend Knowledge Strong understanding of modern frontend frameworks Angular React Vue and their integration with AI services Preferred Qualifications AI Expertise Extensive experience with LLMs OpenAI API Azure AI Services or similar platforms Framework Experience Proficiency with LangChain Semantic Kernel or other AI orchestration frameworks Enterprise Architecture Experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed AI systems Agile Leadership Proven track record of leading teams in Agile Scrum
