Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform 2. ServiceNow implementation experience (ITAM and, CMDB) 3. Well-versed with ServiceNow scripting 4. Good knowledge of Integration with external tools 5. Must have good communication skills. 6. Must have team-handling experience. 7. Works on Software asset management lifecycle 8. Works on Tracking software rights and user allocations 9. Should be aware of discovery models and software installations. 10. Worked on Software reconciliation, optimization, and removal. 11.
