About the Role We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing scalable E-commerce and web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, ensuring high performance and seamless user experience across the full stack. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack. - Build and consume RESTful APIs / GraphQL. - Ensure responsive UI/UX and cross-browser compatibility. - Optimize performance, scalability, and security of applications. - Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code. - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA teams. - Troubleshoot, debug, and deploy applications. Requirements - 2–5 years of experience as a Fullstack/MERN Stack Developer. - Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js. - Experience in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. - Familiarity with state management (Redux, Context API, etc.). - Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud hosting. - Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and authorization. - Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams. Nice to Have - Experience with Next.js or SSR/SSG frameworks. - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS. - Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest / Mocha. - Experience with microservices architecture.
