Position Summary Level: Manager As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions. Work you'll do You will be the primary face and strategic owner for a critical product within our Application Modernization suite. You will serve as the central point of contact for executive stakeholders, mentoring teams, and driving complex product initiatives from ideation to scaled delivery. Your focus is on shaping product vision, delivering measurable business impact, and enabling organizational transformation through leadership, stakeholder influence, and a deep understanding of market trends. Key Responsibilities - End-to-End Product Leadership: Own the full product lifecycle for a flagship offering, from strategic discovery and solution shaping, through agile product delivery, launch, and ongoing iteration. Drive end-to-end value realization, ensuring solutions are viable, feasible, usable, and impactful for our Application Modernization portfolio. - Vision and Stakeholder Alignment: Develop, articulate, and champion a compelling product vision and strategysetting clear priorities and balancing immediate delivery needs with long-term innovation. Collaborate closely with senior business leaders, engineering leadership, and functional executives to align product goals, portfolio direction, and investment decisions. - Strategic Decisioning & Data-Driven Insights: Lead complex prioritization efforts by triangulating user feedback, client business objectives, industry landscape, market dynamics, and technology opportunity. Use advanced metrics (OKRs, KPIs), product analytics, and ROI frameworks for executive reporting and roadmap justification. - Innovation and Change Agent: Drive innovation, including the adoption of AI/GenAI, automation, and cloud-native technologies within solutions. Advocate for and implement new methodologies, industry practices, and emerging tech to maximize business value. - Organizational Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional product teams; coach team members on agile product principles and Deloitte Delivery Excellence. Foster a culture of empowerment, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Risk & Quality Management: Own product and delivery risk management, including compliance, security, and financial governance. Ensure adherence to Deloitte and client standards, and proactively address delivery, operational, or reputational risks. - Practice & Business Growth: Contribute to practice development, including business development activities (proposals, solutioning for new clients, go-to-market initiatives). Support thought leadership, external eminence, and internal knowledge sharing to advance Deloitte's application modernization capabilities. Qualifications : Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: - Track record of defining product vision, building outcome-oriented roadmaps, and delivering business value measured by OKRs and financial impact. - 10+ years leading product management of complex technical/B2B/enterprise productsmajority with cloud or modernization focus. - Highly proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP); strong grasp of cloud architectures, infra, networking, CI/CD, containers, security, and cost management. Ability to bridge the gap between user needs and technical feasibility. - Experience turning technical requirements and legacy/discovery workflows into intuitive, scalable product experiences; familiarity with journey mapping, user research, rapid prototyping, and agile delivery. - Discovery skills: User research, data triangulation, quick experiments; define and track metrics like OKRs, KPI, NPS, coverage, accuracy, false positives, and time-to-insight. - Communication: Clear written, verbal, and visual communication for executives, clients, architects, and engineers; comfortable in a remote-first, global setup. - Proven experience managing and leading multidisciplinary teams (including product owners, engineers, designers); demonstrated history of influencing at the executive level and aligning diverse stakeholder groups. - Security and governance awareness: Basic understanding of secure scanning, data handling, and compliance in migration. Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: - Legacy technical basics (optional): Familiarity with legacy languages and patterns is a plus, but not mandatory. - Infra discovery and cloud transformation tools: - Cloud-native: AWS Application Discovery Service/Migration Hub, Azure Migrate/Advisor/Resource Graph, GCP Migration Center. - Inventory/dependency mapping: ServiceNow CMDB, cloud asset graphs, application dependency mapping, SBOM generation. - Migration and rollout: VMware HCX, CloudEndure, plus observability and FinOps tools (CloudWatch/CloudTrail, Azure Monitor, GCP Cloud Operations, AWS/Azure cost tools). - Data and insights: Use product analytics, feedback loops, and pattern detection to improve discovery quality and reduce wrong alerts. - AI usage and prompting: Ability to write clear prompts to get useful results from AI tools; use AI to speed up research, analysis, and documentation. - Tech foundation: CS/IT degree or equivalent; comfortable with Linux/Windows/macOS; hands-on with at least one major cloud; design tools like Figma. - Cost and value focus: Explain ROI, migration cost impact, and time-to-cloud benefits with simple numbers.
