Job Description EbizON is seeking a Senior Campaign Executive to join our Email Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and managing email campaigns, creating visually compelling templates, and optimizing performance through data-driven insights. Responsibilities: - Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns that align with client goals and brand tone - Develop and enhance responsive email templates that work seamlessly across devices and platforms - Collaborate with content and design teams to produce engaging creatives, clear messaging, and effective CTAs - Work with marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Pardot to segment audiences and set up workflows - Optimize campaigns based on open rates, CTRs, and conversion metrics - Conduct A/B testing to refine email performance and improve engagement - Maintain a strong understanding of email best practices, design trends, and deliverability standards - Troubleshoot rendering or layout issues across different email clients - Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign analytics - Mentor and support junior team members in template design and campaign execution Skills & Requirements: - 13 years of experience in email marketing or campaign management - Strong understanding of email automation tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar platforms) - Understanding of HTML and CSS for email design (basic coding knowledge preferred) - Hands-on experience with creative tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Strong analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and suggest improvements - Creative mind with a strong sense of design, layout, and visual storytelling - Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field About Us: We're an international team that specialize in building technology products & then helping brands grow with multi-channel demand generation marketing.
