Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

1. Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients through research, cold calls, networking, and market outreach.

2. Strategize and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, travel managers, and procurement teams.

4. Present tailored proposals, corporate packages, and service offerings to potential clients.

5. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

6. Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to stay ahead in the industry.

7. Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings.

8. Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and reports using CRM tools and dashboards.

9. Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Revenue, Reservations) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Qualifications :

1. Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.

2. 2-6 years of proven experience in B2B / Corporate Sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.

3. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to handle objections, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.

5. Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems.

6. Self-driven with a passion for sales, networking, and achieving targets.
