Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Marketing & Advertising Technology Lead to spearhead the implementation and optimization of our digital advertising and marketing stack. You will be a strategic thinker who thrives on driving growth through data-driven decision making and cutting-edge technology solutions.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our marketing technology ecosystem. From selection and integration to performance measurement and optimization, you'll ensure seamless operation and maximum impact across all digital advertising and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing technology roadmap, aligning with the overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify and recommend best-in-class marketing technology solutions for campaign management, performance marketing, web analytics, personalization, Lead integration.
- Define, implement, and own the Martech strategy, roadmap and integrations for the organization.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of marketing technologies with our enterprise website, campaign pages, and marketing automation systems, ensuring seamless API integrations.
- Configure and maintain marketing technology platforms to optimize performance, data collection, and campaign delivery.
- Develop and manage technology implementation, tracking and tech optimisation for data-driven digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (search, social, display etc.)
- Analyze campaign performance data using advanced web analytics tools, identify areas for improvement, and generate actionable insights to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Lead efforts to troubleshoot technical blockers hindering campaign performance and website optimization.
- Champion initiatives to improve website technical performance, including page load times and user experience optimization.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, IT) to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing technology specialists (if applicable).
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, analytics, external partners etc, aiming to deliver cohesive and personalised communications and customer journeys against business objectives
- Stay up to date with the latest technological trends and drive a culture of innovation with the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and MBA degree in Marketing
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and advertising technology, with a strong focus on performance marketing and data-driven decision making.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing marketing technology solutions across various platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising concepts (programmatic buying, targeting, attribution etc.)
- Extensive experience with marketing technology solutions (e.g., DMPs, DSPs, Marketing Automation platforms, Web Analytics platforms).
- Strong understanding of API integrations, data management, and web development principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Superior communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Desired Skills:

- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g. LeadSquared).
- Experience with Cloud-based marketing solutions.
- Experience with CMS Tools (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager)
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
- Working knowledge of coding languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and server-side languages (e.g., Python) a plus.
- Experience with SDLC and SDLC Tools (e.g. Jira)
- Certifications in Martech technologies (preferable)
- Experience with UI / UX and designer tools (e.g. Figma, Canva)

Checklist

1. Engineering and MBA from a tier 1 institute with a degree in Marketing
2. Minimum experience of 7 years with atleast 1-2 years before MBA in technology domain.
3. Successful implementation of marketing technologies including but not limited to performance marketing, campaign management, website optimizations in the previous experience.
4. Experience and Implementation on SaaS Martech Platforms such as Adobe platforms, Google platform etc.
5. Has worked and hands-on experience in Figma, Canva etc.
