Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from international clients.
- Resolve queries and issues related to products/services efficiently.
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer interaction records.
- Provide real-time support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet performance targets (KPIs) including call quality, resolution time, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or follow up on unresolved issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers and experienced candidates (03 years) can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in BPO or international call center is an advantage.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
