Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage oversee and streamline our accounting operations The role involves handling day-to-day accounting entries reconciliations vendor and employee payments statutory compliance and financial reporting The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting standards GST TDS payroll and reconciliation processes along with excellent analytical and organizational skills Key Responsibilities Data Entry Accounting Record purchase invoices including GST-related entries Enter and maintain bank and cash transactions Record trip-related entries using Google Sheets Enter expense transactions and maintain supporting records Manage driver salary and staff salary entries Record EMI interest entries with loan statements Enter vendor purchase and sales entries Reconciliation GST reconciliation with GSTR-2A Bank reconciliation with bank statements Trip reconciliation with Google Sheets FASTag reconciliation with FASTag statements Credit card reconciliation with card statements Loan account reconciliation with loan statements Vendor and customer reconciliation Labour payment and deduction reconciliation Vehicle maintenance and petrol pump reconciliation GST and TDS reconciliation Payments Processing Ensure timely payment of invoices Process FASTag payments Manage credit card payments Handle driver and staff salary disbursement Process vendor payments Manage labour payments Process petrol pump payments Handle GST TDS and statutory payments Oversee payroll-related payments Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Master s degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance Minimum 5-7 years of accounting experience preferably in logistics transportation sector Strong knowledge of GST TDS and other statutory compliances Hands-on experience with accounting software Tally ERP etc and MS Excel Google Sheets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with accuracy Excellent communication and team coordination skills What We Offer Competitive salary package Growth and learning opportunities in a dynamic work environment Exposure to a wide range of accounting and financial management activities
