- Post-production consulting.
- Maintenance of existing configuration and code.
- Technical troubleshooting.
- Application enhancements/Implement Change Requests.
- Quality assurance testing.
- Maintain customer relations by setting up status calls.
- Assist in resolution of integration testing defects of critical high priorities.
- Document changes and enhancements.
- Develop accurate documentation that complies with customer and company standards.
- Executing test scenarios and test scripts after thorough understanding of different business processes.
- Should be very good at documentation.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint is a must
- Extremely comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent time-management and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications

- A Bachelor Degree from a recognized University in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or equivalent is a must.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands on SAP SD experience.
- Knowledge/experience in pricing, OTC and Finance areas are required.
- Participated in multiple lifecycle SAP implementations and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and within tight deadlines and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities.
- Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills
- Experience in multiple full lifecycle software implementations is a big plus
- Collaborative and consultative work style
- Ability to link business processes with products/solutions
- Independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills
- Vistex knowledge or implementation experience is a plus.
- SAP ABAP technical skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel
