Job Description We're Hiring: Patent & Trademark Paralegal Location: Hybrid / Remote Are you passionate about intellectual property and ready to work on exciting brands and technologies Join our growing IP team as a Patent & Trademark Paralegal and help us manage portfolios that make a difference What You'll Do: - Assist in filing and prosecution of trademark and patent applications (India & International) - Draft responses to examination reports, oppositions, and legal notices - Conduct basic trademark searches and prepare reports - Maintain accurate records and handle client correspondence - Manage trademark filings, docketing, renewals, and deadlines What We're Looking For: - 12 years of experience in IP law (law firm or in-house) - Working knowledge of Indian Trademark Rules, Madrid Protocol, and patent filing procedures - Familiarity with docketing tools - Strong communication skills and attention to detail This is a hybrid/remote position, offering flexibility while working with a collaborative and passionate team.
