Required skills and qualifications - Extensive knowledge of payroll functions, including tax calculations, balancing, and internal controls. - Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite. - A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is often required.
