Position: SAP FICO and Concur Lead Experience: 10+ years Location: Kolkata & Ahmedabad Job Description Required Information Details Role**SAP S4/HANA FI-CO and Concur Consultant Required Technical Skill Set** - SAP S/4HANA FI-CO expertise - In depth knowledge along with /4HANA system configuration hands on of AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting, and Controlling - SAP Concur general administration and integration with SAP - Concur Expense Management configuration. - Knowledge on Concur approval workflows. - Concur Integration with FI for expense posting and reimbursement. Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have** - In-depth knowledge of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Centers, Internal Orders, and Profit Centers - Strong understanding of S/4HANA functionalities and the transition from SAP ECC, including experience with the New GL features like Document Splitting - Proficiency in configuring enterprise structures, various FICO modules, and transaction codes - Familiarity with integration tools and methodologies, and an understanding of how FICO integrates with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution) - Hands on Knowledge of Concur for expense and travel management, including minor config changes, expense submission, and approvals (Practical experience with Concur Expense and Invoice modules) Good-to-Have - Knowledge on basic ABAP programming and debugging - Familiarity with SAP modules and business processes across procurement and MM. Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Implement and maintain financial processes, including General Ledger (GL), accruals, period-end close, and Asset Accounting 2 Provide end-to-end functional support and resolve technical issues for SAP FICO and Concur users 3 Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO, SAP Concur, and other related modules (e.g., MM, SD) 4 Collaborate with accounting, finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment with business processes and compliance standards. 5 Provide comprehensive support during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance. 6 Collaborate with developers to debug ABAP and CDS views, analyze code logic, and support enhancements and bug fixes in custom developments to improve process efficiency 7 Provide Level 2/3 support, perform root cause analysis for recurring issues, and drive long-term resolution strategies while ensuring minimal disruption to operations. 8 Work closely with end Business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions relevant for their needs 9 Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, including design specifications, config workbooks and Unit test plans 10 Participate in SAP upgrades, patches, and system enhancements 11 Continuously keep up to date with new SAP technology offering in SAP Finance space and conduct PoCs and Demonstrate use cases to deliver value 12 Work closely with end Business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions relevant for their needs TCS Eligibility Criteria:*BE/B.tech/MCA/M.Sc./MS with minimum 3 years of relevant IT-experience post Qualification.*Only Full-Time courses would be considered. *Candidates who have attended TCS interview in the last 1 months need not apply.
