Who we are looking for

We provide administrative fund services to both Hedge Fund and Private Equity managers within our Alternative Investment Solutions business group. Our PE team delivers customized service solutions for investment funds that have closed end structures and a variety of portfolio investments. We have roles (at all levels) available on the Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Real Assets teams.If you are looking for a unique opportunity to service hybrid hedge and private equity products for industry leading asset managers, interact daily with functional teams including trade operations, investor services, custody, tax, and financial reporting locally and in globally diverse locations you should consider joining our team

Why this role is important to us

Oversee Structure Finance - Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and fund transactions to ensure that deals are in compliance with deal documents which include Waterfall Payment. Work with the Boston team to ensure seamless service and accurate and timely delivery of information. Interact with the Boston team on a daily basis to address and resolve issues.Responsible for maintaining the daily operation of structured finance trusts. It includes the development of skills in the areas of securities processing and review, compliance testing and data management and reconciliation.

What you will be responsible for:

As Associate 2 you will be:

- Responsible for updating, validating and reviewing the characteristics of securities held in a trust.

- Developing strong relationships with the Boston team by producing high quality work.

- Monitoring daily fund transactions to ensure accuracy of activity and liaise with fund groups when necessary.

- Comply with internal procedures and specified deadlines

- Leading dedicated activities to drive performance of the team

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA in Finance/ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with a focus in Accounting, Economics, Finance

- 2+ years of experience in Loan Syndication or fixed income debt securities and knowledge in WSO (Wall Street Office) is added advantage

- Strong oral and written communications skills MS Excel skills

- Candidate must be detail oriented and able to work both independently and in group setting.

- Ability to work in a deadline oriented group with peak period workflow
