Designation: Front-End Developer Experience: 2 to 5 Years Job Type: Full-Time Location: Nashik Role Overview As a Mid-Level Front-End Developer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our web applications to life. You will work closely with UI/UX designers and back-end engineers to translate design wireframes into high-quality, functional, and visually appealing code. This role requires a strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and reusable code. Key Responsibilities - Develop and Implement User Interfaces:Translate UI/UX design wireframes and feature requirements into functional, mobile-friendly websites and applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Collaboration:Work effectively within a cross-functional Agile team, collaborating with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration and alignment of goals and deliverables. - Performance Optimization:Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks using tools like browser DevTools and Google PageSpeed Insights. - Ensuring Quality and Accessibility:Ensure cross-browser compatibility and implement web accessibility standards (WCAG) to create inclusive experiences for all users. - Code Quality and Standards:Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, and contribute to the development of coding guidelines. - Mentorship and Ownership:Take ownership of complex projects and potentially mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and fostering team growth. - Stay Current:Research and implement the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the development process and technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications - Experience:2-5 years of proven work experience in front-end development or a similar role. - Core Technologies:Proficiency in core web development technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). - Frameworks & Libraries:Extensive experience with at least one popular JavaScript framework/library (e.g., React.js, Angular, or Vue.js). - Version Control:Hands-on experience with version control systems, specificallyGit(GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket). - Responsive Design:Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development. - APIs:Familiarity with integrating front-end components with RESTful APIs and an understanding of asynchronous request handling. - Problem-Solving:Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical thinking skills. - Soft Skills:Excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a proactive attitude towards challenges. - Education:A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
