ensuring that data is secure private accurate available and most importantly usable Your mastery extends to data management migration strategy change management and policy and regulation If you re ready to embrace the power of data to transform our business and embark on an epic data adventure then join us at Kyndryl Together let s redefine what s possible and unleash your potential Key Responsibilities Advanced Architecture Design Design Generative AI systems leveraging GANs VAEs and transformer-based models for content synthesis simulation and data augmentation Architect Agentic AI frameworks using Lang Chain Hugging Face GCP Agent space Azure AI Foundry AWS Bedrock and vector databases to enable autonomous problem-solving and adaptive learning Implement Agentic Mesh ecosystems where AI agents collaborate dynamically combining language behavioral and domain-specific capabilities Model Optimization Innovation Develop novel techniques for LLM SLM fine-tuning including retrieval-augmented generation RAG and context-aware prompt engineering Optimize inference performance for real-time applications using MLOps pipelines and cloud-native deployment using native PaaS Lead R D initiatives in neurosymbolic AI mechanistic interpretability and ethical guardrails for autonomous systems Strategic team player Collaborate with high-performance teams to deploy AI systems that redefine industry standards e g healthcare diagnostics financial forecasting supply chain resilience Collaborate on publishing whitepapers and patents on emergent AI architectures emphasizing sustainability and bias mitigation AgenticAI Your Future at Kyndryl Every position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career We have opportunities that you won t find anywhere else including hands-on experience learning opportunities and the chance to certify in all four major platforms Whether you want to broaden your knowledge base or narrow your scope and specialize in a specific sector you can find your opportunity here Who You Are Who You Are You re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it However equally as important - naturally inclusive in how you work with others Required Skills and Experience Must have at least 1 year of experience with Agentic AI Knowledge of modeling tools and programming languages e g Azure ML Vortex AI AutoML SageMaker or Python Excellent problem-solving analytical and critical thinking skills Communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail Preferred Skills and Experience Degree in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics statistics computer science or mechanical engineering Professional certification e g Open Certified Data Scientist Cloud platform certification e g AWS Certified Machine Learning -
