Description

We are seeking an experienced Air-conditioning and Design Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing HVAC systems, with a focus on efficiency and sustainability.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop air-conditioning systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Conduct load calculations to determine system requirements and specifications.
- Prepare detailed design documentation including schematics and installation manuals.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure design feasibility and compliance with regulations.
- Select appropriate equipment and materials based on project specifications and budget.
- Perform site surveys and assessments to evaluate installation requirements and constraints.
- Provide technical support and guidance during the installation and commissioning phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to air-conditioning systems.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5-12 years of experience in air-conditioning system design and implementation.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) for designing HVAC systems.
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer principles.
- Familiarity with HVAC design codes and standards in India.
- Experience with energy modeling and sustainability practices in HVAC design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
