Role Overview We’re looking for an Account Manager who can bridge the gap between clients and our delivery teams. You’ll oversee multiple accounts, ensure high-quality execution across web, creative, and PPC projects, and drive client satisfaction through proactive strategy and communication. Key Responsibilities - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients across web, creative, and performance campaigns. - Translate client goals into actionable project briefs for internal teams (designers, developers, media specialists). - Oversee project delivery timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Develop and present campaign performance reports with actionable insights. - Coordinate with project managers and creative leads to maintain smooth cross-functional delivery. - Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support revenue growth within existing accounts. - Maintain deep understanding of digital trends — including web UX, brand storytelling, and paid media metrics. Requirements - 3–6 years of experience in digital account management, preferably within an agency environment. - Working knowledge of web development workflows (WordPress, Shopify, or custom stacks). - Strong grasp of performance marketing fundamentals (Google Ads, Meta Ads, basic analytics). - Excellent communication, client handling, and presentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. - Data-minded, proactive, and skilled at connecting creative execution with business outcomes.
