Job Description: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using Python and React. • Implement RESTful APIs and server-side logic to support front-end functionality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. • Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues. • Stay updated with modern technologies and contribute to process improvements. Mandatory Skills: ✔ Strong proficiency in Python (backend development, REST APIs, microservices). ✔ Expertise in React (modern UI development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript). ✔ Cloud experience with Microsoft Azure (deployment, hosting, or integrations). ✔ Good understanding of databases — SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB/CosmosDB). ✔ Strong knowledge of Git/GitLab/GitHub and version control practices. ✔ Hands-on experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservice architectures. Desirable Skills: • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker containers. • Experience in Agile environments and project management tools. • Awareness of web security best practices. • Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha). • Exposure to complex organizational structures or real estate domain (a plus).
