We have an exciting career opporutnity for Vigilance and Fraud Control professionals If you are the one please go throug the details and apply Job Title Head - Vigilance and Fraud Controle Experience 10 Years Location Thrissur Qualification Post Graduation Post graduate with Certified Fraud Examiner CFE is preferred 10 years of experience in vigilance fraud control investigations or a related field Proven track record of developing and implementing successful vigilance and fraud control programs Strong understanding of fraud typologies investigative techniques and risk management principles Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Experience managing a team and overseeing budgets Experience working with law enforcement and regulatory authorities Proficiency in data analytics tools and fraud investigation software Responsibilites Develop and implement a comprehensive vigilance and fraud control program aligned with the organization s overall risk management framework Lead and manage a team of vigilance and fraud control professionals including investigators analysts and data specialists Conduct risk assessments to identify areas susceptible to fraud and other misconduct Develop and implement preventive controls to mitigate fraud risks Investigate suspected fraudulent activity including gathering evidence interviewing witnesses and preparing reports Work with law enforcement and regulatory authorities as necessary Maintain and update fraud control policies and procedures Conduct fraud awareness training for employees Monitor industry trends and best practices in vigilance and fraud control Analyze fraud data and trends to identify emerging risks Report on the effectiveness of the vigilance and fraud control program to senior management Interested professionals can share their resumes at heena cielhr com Thanks Regards Heena Shaikh heena cielhr com
