Primary Responsibilities: - Responsible to perform operational/maintenance activities on Infrastructure Security Appliances not limited to only Panorama and Palo Alto firewalls - Managing HA & upgrades on PALO ALTO devices - Engineer would be working on daily Deployment/Changes - Managing Break/Fix Incidents & High Priority WAR Rooms - Monitoring & Operational support for Network ISP Switches & Network - Engineer will be coordinating with clients through our various internal mechanisms and guiding them for an appropriate solution - Responsible to design and run planned Security Changes & RMA to maintain business continuity - Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in Technology and Engineering - Good troubleshooting skills related to Firewall, Proxy & Network - Good Decision making & ability to deliver during soft and hard time - Open for 24x7 functional support
