As an R D Engineer you will explore emerging technologies develop proof-of-concepts and collaborate across teams to design and prototype innovative software solutions You ll contribute to system optimization scalability and reliability while staying up to date with advancements in AI ML cloud and modern development practices Responsibilities Conduct research and proof-of-concept development on emerging technologies and frameworks Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to design innovative software solutions Contribute to R D projects focused on performance optimization scalability and system reliability Build and maintain prototypes tools and experimental platforms to validate ideas Participate in brainstorming sessions and technical design reviews Evaluate and recommend new tools libraries and practices that can enhance development efficiency Develop and maintain backend and frontend components using Node js Python and React Work closely with infrastructure and network teams to test and implement research outcomes Document findings experimental results and technical recommendations clearly Assist in troubleshooting and performance tuning at the system and application levels Learn and apply best practices in secure and scalable software development Maintain a continuous learning attitude to explore advancements in AI ML cloud computing and system design Requirements Experience 0-1 Year 2024 and 2025 Pass out Proficient in one or more of the following Node js Python React MongoDB OpenSearch Basic knowledge of AI ML libraries and their applications Good understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems Familiarity with networking fundamentals e g TCP IP DNS firewalls load balancing Strong logical and analytical thinking Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to self-learn and stay updated with the latest industry trends Enthusiasm for experimentation and continuous improvement Skills AI ML Node js Python React MongoDB Linux OS Networking Added Advantage Hands-on experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure OpenStack etc Certifications like RHCE AWS Certified CCNA Kubernetes etc Exposure to DevOps tools Docker Kubernetes Ansible Jenkins CI CD pipelines Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices Experience with Golang or other backend languages Location Trichy
