Organization Lighthouse Communities Foundation LCF Location Thane near cadbury chowk Employment Type Full-time About the Role We re looking for a Spoken English Digital Skills Trainer who is passionate about empowering youth through communication and digital literacy As part of the Lighthouse Communities Foundation you will help students enhance their employability confidence and job readiness through engaging practical training sessions Key Roles Responsibilities Conduct English and Digital Skills training sessions for new students at the Lighthouse Deliver interactive and engaging classes focused on improving students communication and job-readiness skills Administer timely assessments to evaluate student progress Provide individualized feedback guidance and mentorship to students Report regularly to the Master Trainer on training progress and outcomes Contribute ideas to enhance training content and teaching methodologies Prepare and share periodic training reports Collaborate and support fellow team members when needed Qualifications Skills Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline 1-2 years of experience in teaching or training preferably in English communication and IT Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Excellent presentation facilitation and classroom management skills Ability to engage and manage a class of 25-30 students effectively Energetic empathetic and passionate about working with youth from diverse backgrounds Committed to youth empowerment and city transformation A role model who can foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment How to Apply If you re ready to inspire and transform lives through education we d love to hear from you Send your resume to careers lighthousecommunities org with the subject line Spoken English cum Digital Trainer - Thane Please note Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 38 000 00 per month Work Location In person
