Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven SEM Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing high-budget campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven campaigns that maximize ROI and deliver on business goals. Role and Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Management Plan, create, and execute SEM strategies across Google Ads (primarily), Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. Manage and optimize campaigns to achieve defined KPIs (CTR, conversions, quality score, ROAS). Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting. Optimization & Performance Tracking Continuously optimize campaigns for better efficiency and scaling. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Singular, and other tools. Identify funnel drop-offs and optimize user journeys for higher conversions. Research & Innovation - Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and market trend analysis. - Stay updated with the latest SEM practices, platform updates, and algorithm changes. - Bring creative ideas for ad copy, targeting, and audience segmentation. Budget & Stakeholder Management - Handle monthly campaign budgets of 10 Lakhs+ effectively. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEM activities with overall business objectives. Qualifications & Skills Education: Graduation in any stream. Experience: 13 years of hands-on experience in SEM and Google Ads campaign management. Certifications: Google Ads Certification (preferred) or equivalent SEM certifications. - Strong understanding of paid marketing ecosystem, attribution models, and segmentation strategies. - Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and derive actionable insights. - Creative mindset to develop compelling ad copies and campaign strategies. - Problem-solving ability with a first-principles approach. - Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup culture.
