Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive - P C with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Customer Service Office 365 and MS Excel along with domain expertise in various aspects of Workers Compensation This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and requires proficiency in English The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our processes and delivering exceptional service Responsibilities Manage and oversee customer service operations to ensure high-quality support and satisfaction Utilize Office 365 tools to streamline and optimize daily tasks and communications Employ advanced MS Excel skills to analyze data generate reports and support decision-making processes Handle Workers Compensation Care Management tasks to ensure efficient and effective care delivery Administer Workers Compensation Policy Admin processes to maintain accurate and up-to-date policy records Facilitate Workers Compensation New Business activities to support the acquisition and onboarding of new clients Process Workers Compensation Claims efficiently to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims Manage Workers Compensation F A responsibilities to ensure financial accuracy and compliance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and effectiveness Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders Adapt to rotational shifts to provide consistent support across different time zones Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in Customer Service Office 365 and MS Excel Demonstrate domain expertise in Workers Compensation Care Management Policy Admin New Business Claims and F A Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken Show proficiency in data analysis and report generation using MS Excel Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model Adapt to rotational shifts and maintain high performance Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
