Site Management Oversees daily construction activities ensuring work is completed on time within budget and according to plans and specifications Safety Compliance Enforces safety protocols and regulations conducts inspections and maintains a safe work environment to protect workers and the public Quality Control Performs inspections to ensure materials and workmanship meet project standards and resolves any issues to maintain quality Workforce Resource Management Manages on-site personnel including laborers and subcontractors and coordinates the allocation of materials and equipment to avoid delays Coordination Communication Acts as a central point of contact liaising with project managers engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution Problem-Solving Identifies and resolves any on-site issues conflicts or unexpected challenges that may arise during the construction process Documentation Maintains accurate records of site activities progress costs and quality control measures often preparing and submitting reports Interpreting Plans Reads and interprets blueprints and technical drawings to ensure the construction work aligns with the approved designs and specifications Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Night Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 100 Preferred Work Location In person
