Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to be stationed at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily walk-in clients, conducting timely follow-ups, coordinating site visits, and driving sales closures. The role also involves maintaining regular MIS and reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Handling at Site: Explain project features, USPs, pricing, and payment plans effectively. Arrange and conduct site tours for prospective buyers.
Lead Follow-ups & Conversion: Call and follow up with leads received, build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, convert inquiries into sales by proper need assessment and persuasion.
Sales Process & Closure: Negotiate terms and close sales, achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Reporting & Coordination: Submit daily footfall and lead follow-up reports.

Desired Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline

• 2–5 years of experience in direct real estate sales or site sales.

• Good communication skills

• Confident personality with a result-driven approach.

• Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Excel, and digital communication platforms.
