Helium is a full stack online marketplace for rental homes, started by ex-Zomato, CRED and Stanza Living alumni. We provide a first-of-its-kind Rental Guarantee product for homeowners that gives them assured rent over a period of 5 years. Further, our proprietary algorithm qualifies tenants and reduces their security deposit to 1 month. Location: Bangalore, India Experience: 1-3 years (preferred in sales, real estate, or customer acquisition) Job Summary: - We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will focus on acquiring property owners to partner with our home rental platform. - You will play a key role in expanding our property portfolio and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for property owners. Key Responsibilities: Owner Onboarding : Identify, connect, and acquire property owners and landlords willing to list their properties on our platform. Market Research : Conduct market analysis to identify potential areas and opportunities for property acquisition. Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, ensuring their needs are met and they receive excellent service. Pitching & Negotiation : Present the company's rental management services, address owner queries, and negotiate rental agreements or service terms. Collaboration : Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and customer service) to ensure a smooth onboarding process and property management. Reporting : Track and report acquisition metrics such as new sign-ups, conversion rates, and property onboarding progress. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, real estate, or related domains. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively. - Familiarity with Bangalore's real estate market is a plus. - Proactive and self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. - Fluency in English and Kannada (preferred). - Willingness to travel locally as required.
