Responsibilities Purchase o Maintaining the purchase standards ensuring that all purchases adhere to it o Review inventories and order as required o Interact with suppliers for negotiating best price terms o To keep tracking status of the orders and ensure timely deliveries o Monitoring deliveries as per agreed contracts o Creditors Management Payment coordination balance confirmation etc o End to End leading plant capex purchasing o End-to-end coordination with suppliers Stock Inventory o Stock accounting To ensure continuous production by maintaining minimum stock level of packing materials raw materials o Material management including ordering receiving handling rejected materials and returns o Monitoring storage of packing materials o Developing inventory tracking system o Team development Anchoring meeting facilitate team learning training development o Problem solving in handling materials o Stock controls delegating inward outward of materials o Monitoring indenting material issuing process o Coordinating in plant operations for critical requirements on time purchase o GRN controls Verification with PO Invoices o Maintaining overall store hygiene material safety environment o Safeguard assets of stores o Monitoring physical stock audits o Generating SOPs based on operations o Farm store administration Indenting farm supply arrangements o Monitoring timely accurate delivery of farm supplies o Organizing transportation for farm supplies accurate billing payment follow ups o Control on BMC AMCU accessories movement o Farm supplies cost analyzing circulars management o Coordinating with extension team for BMC supplies critical requirements Keeping tally books up to date Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Language English Preferred Work Location In person
