DescriptionProject ManagerUpland Software Nasdaq UPLD helps global businesses accelerate digital transformation with a powerful cloud software library that provides choice flexibility and value Upland India is a fully owned subsidiary of Upland Software and headquartered in Bangalore At Upland you will find teams that take pride in their work and love a good challenge We are a remote-first company with offices for those that want need them Interviews and on-boarding are conducted virtually a part of our remote-first culture Opportunity SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join Upland India as a Project Manager and work with our local and global teams to track and report on various initiatives Specifically this role will focus on our transformation projects and will be expected to manage all aspects of the same and will be trained by our transformation team on the specifics To perform well in this role you should have an overall industry experience of 4 - 6 years with a minimum of 3 years working in enterprise agile programs initiatives and managing multiple projects across the organization This global role will require overlapping hours with different time zones as required What would you do Determine and define project scope and objectives Work across Transformation Team BU Leadership Tech Leadership India CoE and any other functional groups as necessary Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner This will include but not limited to on-boarding needs discovery job description definition coordination with the vendors agencies for hiring and ensuring completion Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements Track project costs to ensure within budget This would include resource equipment and vendor costs Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy adjustments and progress Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement Highlight risks issues and proactively work with stakeholders to resolve them Technical SkillsThe following skills are needed for this role Experience 4-6 years Bachelor s Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience Primary Skills The candidate must possess the following primary skills Experience managing large global programs Experience setting up driving and monitoring key metrics for programs Excellent global stakeholder management skills with ability to build relationships and collaborate across a variety of stakeholders Strong Knowledge on Scrum Experience in Jira Confluence Strong quantitative analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication written and verbal skills Strong familiarity with project management software tools methodologies and best practices Proven ability to complete projects according to scope budget and timeline Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate at all levels Self-motivated detail-oriented and organized Good negotiation skills Secondary Skills It would be advantageous if the candidate also has the following secondary skills CSM certification preferred Soft Skills Thrives collaborating in a team environment with a diverse range of people Able to have a change of mind and able to change the minds of others Writes clearly and concisely Capable of working without a company office with a fully remote team Growth Skills Possesses a good work ethic a self-starter with a desire to grow Always looking for better ways to get the job done QualificationBachelor s degree or technical institute degree certificate in Computer Science Information Systems or other related field or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience About WaterfallWaterfall allows brands to plan manage and analyze advanced SMS and MMS campaigns that drive list growth engage and retain customers and increase revenue Waterfall s superior segmenting tracking and personalization features along with coupons offers and mobile wallet capabilities help companies extend their marketing efforts increasing loyalty and driving success Customers like The Gap Crate Barrel and Credit One Bank use Waterfall to create and deliver targeted marketing campaigns loyalty programs and customer notifications With Waterfall 7-Eleven drove 4 million in revenue in just 4 days using a text-in offer campaignAbout UplandUpland Software Nasdaq UPLD helps global businesses accelerate digital transformation with a powerful cloud software library that provides choice flexibility and value Upland India is a fully owned subsidiary of Upland Software and headquartered in Bangalore We are a remote-first company Interviews and on-boarding are conducted virtually
