Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role specifications.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to the advertising and marketing sector.
- Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates for further rounds.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated with market trends and industry best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the advertising and marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Zoho Recruit software (ATS experience is a plus).
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
