Position Overview The Back Office Assistant will support our operational sales and installation teams by handling administrative and clerical tasks processing documentation and maintaining organized records This role is critical to ensuring efficient workflow timely communication and a seamless customer experience from project start to finish Key Responsibilities Maintain and update customer records contracts and installation documentation Process permit applications and track approvals with local bodies Support scheduling of site surveys installations and inspections Handle incoming calls and emails related to customer inquiries and internal coordination Assist with inventory data entry and supplier communication Coordinate with sales design and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution Generate regular reports on project status material tracking and performance metrics Perform general office duties such as data entry filing scanning and document control Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Associate s or Bachelor s degree a plus Previous experience in an administrative or back office support role solar or construction industry experience preferred Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of solar installation processes or willingness to learn What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health benefits paid time off and performance incentives Opportunities for growth in the renewable energy industry A positive mission-driven workplace focused on sustainability and innovation Training and development support to expand your skills Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Work Location In person
